Grex Services for NEMO: nemo-pwd

This works the same as normal nemo except that the dimgproc files are not brought back. Watch out for the --sge options if you haven't seen them before. Look in /data/gorgon/users/gcs/RUN_ORCA1/ORCA1-R07/CTL/nemo_gorgon_ORCA1_pgi_batch_part1_v2.ksh to see dan's grexrun command for nemo.
