G-Rex Services for NEMO : interp

Dan has adapted some of the interpolation job scripts to use grexrun instead of interp.x directly. They are in /home/users/dab/UTILS/INTERP/ERA40/int2df-v0.3/util/jobs-grex. Note that the interp service renames the interpolated forcing files to names expected by NEMO. Not all the necessary generic forcing (i.e. "un-interpolated") files are at POL. You can see what's there if you log in to livgen and go to /work/dab/NEMO/OBS, which contains both the observations and the generic forcing. The ones that are missing are those corresponding to the following directories (or former directories) containing ORCA1 forcing in your home at ESSC:

/data/gorgon/users/gcs/WORK/ORCA1/DATA/CIAF_1p0/qlw /data/gorgon/users/gcs/WORK/ORCA1/DATA/CIAF_1p0/qsw /data/gorgon/users/gcs/WORK/ORCA1/DATA/PRECIP/precip14_DS3 /data/gorgon/users/gcs/WORK/ORCA1/DATA/PRECIP/snow14_DS3

These still need to be copied into the OBS directory at POL.

The interp service submits to SGE so you can run as many interpolation jobs as you want at the same time.
