G-Rex Services for NEMO: build_nc

There are some sample namelist files in : /data/gorgon/users/dab/UTILS/DIMGproc_nnn/DIAGTMP. Most of my scripts involving build_nc were concerned with input and output paths, but you have to run the grex version from the directory where you want the output to go.

This service won't bring back any of the output until all the files are ready at POL because of a bug in grex.
