• Dan Bretherton: Put link to P-GRADE/GEMCLA portal info on Wiki
• Sylvain Michel: Send the configuration files for test domains to Dan and Kathy
• Sylvain Michel: Inform on the FTP repository containing the configuration files (see link below)
• Sylvain Michel: Define the simulation strategy from the subdomain connections:
  • clusters of subdomains for parallel simulation (groups of interconnected subdomains)
    
  • sequence of subdomains for sequential simulation (depending on direction of transport in the upper layer)
    
• Sylvain Michel: Prepare and distribute the input files for:
  
  • tidal open boundary conditions (Ub, Vb, zeta): from ESR/OSU global tide model
  • baroclinic open boundary conditions (U, V, T, S): from NEMO 1/4 degree ORCA simulation
  • initial conditions (T, S): from NEMO 1/4 degree ORCA simulation
  • meteorological variables (Uwind, Vwind, Tair, Pair, relative humidity, cloud cover, solar radiation, precipitation): from ECMWF model ERA40 reanalysis 1995-2005
